Beautiful quiet place

Everything was fine, except for the food.

No complains at all, we spent a brilliant time here. The breakfast was excellent for what was on offer, with pancakes, fish and beans. The room of this place was a nice size and brand-new on the balcony. The private parking was onsite, excellent service.

Views appeared to be very very bad.

We had breakfasts and dinners. The meals were quite varied. Many fruits.

The rooms are in need of repair.

We had great breakfasts.

Double room with air con too, had basic facilities we needed.

People were stuck in lifts periodically for about 10 mins or so. I hope they have rectified this since. We were lucky not to have been stuck there.

Great location as its across the road from the beach, and there is a supermarket across the road and some pubs/restaurants.Staff in the bar area were lovely and polite - not like the reception staff.

We went all inclusive at is worked out a better deal for us, but the food was repititive and they just could not comprehend the word vegetarian - it would have been nice to see some variation on food especially at dinner. We ended up eating out for 2 days (we were only there for 5 days), which added more cost to our holiday. The reception staff were SO rude & there excuse was "we opened this week after close of season". Jacuzzi wasnt available and nor was the gym - if you are letting guests stay then the hotel needs to ensure that the facilities are available.

We selected half board and were very pleased with the variety of foods presented for both breakfast and dinner. Meal time hours were very good.We liked the closeness to the beach,

We felt that this was overrated as a four Star hotel.The internet services were not functioning for the complete duration of our stay and no attempt to fix it when we made enquiries.We did not enjoy the very loud music originating from the entertainment area 9pm to 12 mid-night. This penetrated to our room and even our earplugs could not eliminate the effect.

We found the 'Best Cambrils Hotel' to be very well located between Salou and Port Cambrils. Public transport is excellent. The bus stop is right outside Hotel with frequent service. The rooms were very comfortable and clean with daily cleaning and towel replacement. A beautiful Pool area with friendly Pool Bar Staff. Night entertainment was also excellent with varied shows each night. Reception was very heplfull at all times.

Its only 50metres to the Beach,the bus passes just outside the door,to Barcalona or Cambrills..The Hotel caters for all ages ,from tots to grandads.

The Bar closes at 12 O'Clock,/cant complain though the drink is cheap!

It was great value for money & the hotel was very clean. Would go back there again.

There was a train line right behind our room & trains come and go all hours during the night

The stay was enjoyable, especially with the easy access to the beach and the lively pool area. The food options were pretty decent, and it was great to have a mini fridge in the room. What stood out most was the friendly atmosphere created by the staff, particularly the older ones who were always willing to help. The air conditioning in the room could have been better, as it got quite warm at night.

Some staff were unfriendly, noise on the corridor and at the hotel entrance late at night and early morning, I didnt see any signs telling residents to have regard for their fellow residents. It seemed to me that nobody really cared about this, I would have thought that perhaps between eleven pm and 7am should be a time for reduced noise. Do Taxis need to actually drive to the main entrance late in the evening, doors banging ect.could they not drop their passengers off on the street outside, ??

Good priced hotel ideal for a family holiday. Food selection was good. Pool Area ok.

Hotel furniture looks tired ( doors etc) but we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Just returned from a 4-night stay and it was good! The hotel was clean, and our room had a lovely view of the pool. The food options were excellent, with plenty of fresh dishes and a fantastic salad bar. The easy beach access and nearby shops.

Staff could be friendlier.
